Jim joined Breaker Electric Co. in 1993 as an electrician and was promoted to Foreman in 1996. In that role, he supervised various commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects. Currently, Jim serves as the Field Superintendent, overseeing daily operations across multiple job sites. His responsibilities include job planning with the Field Foremen, coordinating deliveries, gathering information, scheduling, and ensuring safety to facilitate project completion on time and within budget.

Jim completed the IBEW Local 400 JATC Apprenticeship program, where he earned his Journeyman Electrician certification. He is also a Licensed NJ Electrical Contractor.
